These IICRC standards take years to develop and require the coordination of experts in the field: manufacturers, industry organizations, insurance professionals, training schools, contractors, and public health professionals.

Every five years, the standards are reviewed and updated. The water damage restoration field changes rapidly with advancements in technology and science, and therefore the standards must evolve to keep pace.

Each year SERVPRO of E. Jackson/SE Ingham Counties hosts a chili cook off to raise money for breast cancer research.  It's a lot of fun, and always a lot of great chili's to sample!

For many years SERVPRO of E. Jackson/SE Ingham Counties has participated and sponsored the CAIIA (Capital Area Independent Insurance Agents) Golf Outing.  Money raised at this outing is given to a variety of charities through out the years.
