Mold Clean Up

This homeowner had not been in his basement in sometime when he discovered a pipe leak that caused water damage to his finished basement.  His insurance company recommended he call SERVPRO.  When he called SERVPRO of Jackson/SE Ingham County, we discovered it was much worse than just a water damage.  He had mold growing on much of his personal property, as well as the drywall. Working with a qualified IH, we successfully remediated the mold and dried his basement. The IH provided pre and post air quality testing to ensure the mold was gone.  Our homeowner now checks his basement regularly and knows who to call before it becomes a mold problem.
