Water damage in Jackson MI
This home was a second home for the owner. He had listed it for sale and it was vacant when the water damage was discovered by his handyman. The water came from a broken outside spigot, and likely happened when he had his deck power washed 2 weeks prior. His insurance company recommended he call SERVPRO. The basement was saturated from ceiling to floor, and all structural materials had to be removed, and the basement dried. Our homeowner couldn't come to the site, so our manager gave him daily progress updates. He stated "with SERVPRO in charge, I sleep like a baby."
